I'm home, but where's the baby?

We are so glad to be home again, but where's the baby? We thought the next time we walked through the door we would be carrying a baby!
Now I am on the run to get a million things done before the hospital tells me we can go pick up Elliott. This will be a great time to go grocery shopping, clean the house, do laundry, etc., before we go get him.
We were not home 15 minutes yesterday and Sam, Elliott's nurse called and said she did his 3 hour car seat challenge and he passed with flying colors. He didn't drop his oxygen one time. So, he's getting closer. He has one more shot today to help increase his red blood count and then they will check his levels again. After that he will have his circumcision and they will watch him for a few days to monitor his oxygen issues and then maybe, just maybe he will be ready to really come home!
I just got off the phone with the nurse and Elliott gained weight again. He is now 5 lb. 14 oz. By the time we get back down there to get him, he will be HUGE!
More news soon...
